Tufted Sleep Mask

In 2020, I chose to use my rug tufting frame as that of a sketchbook. This Sleep Mask was born from that intention. It’s important to practise one’s craft, machine handling and colour theory, without being attached to whether an item fits with an overall aesthetic of one’s body of work. This sleep mask was made using a tufting gun, rather than a punch needle.
